Frasus Business Support exists because borrowing in Nigeria is too often sold on a headline rate that hides the real cost, and collected in ways nobody would defend out loud. We think both of those are choices, not inevitabilities.

Recover with dignity
We contact the borrower, within agreed hours, a limited number of times. We do not read your contacts, and we do not tell anyone else about your debt.
Hold data carefully
Identity numbers are encrypted, access is logged, and you can see, correct, export or challenge what we hold about you at any time.
How a loan actually works here
No part of this is automated end to end. A person is accountable for every decision that affects your money.
You see the price first
The calculator runs the same pricing engine that produces your offer, so the figure never changes between the two.
We assess affordability, not just identity
Income, existing commitments and what is actually left each month. A loan you cannot service is a bad loan for both of us.
A person decides
The system recommends and records why. Someone with the authority to be accountable signs it off, and larger facilities go to a committee.
Money moves under four eyes
Whoever approves the credit is never the person who releases the funds. Every naira is posted to a double-entry ledger.
You can question the outcome
Ask for the reasons, ask for a human review, or complain. All three have a process, a deadline and a reference number.
